Diatomaceous Earth

When used as directed on your dog’s fur and skin, diatomaceous earth acts as a natural flea repellent by absorbing the waxy layer that fleas use to stay attached to their host animal (usually a dog). When they cannot attach themselves to the waxy layer they die off within 24 hours.

In addition to repelling fleas, diatomaceous earth also helps prevent them from laying eggs on your dog’s fur by drying out their reproductive cycle which prevents them from reproducing more than once every two weeks.
